Important Information — Please Read Before Submitting

Pending Rides, Balances & Subscriptions:

  • Active or scheduled rides will be canceled, and standard cancellation fees may apply.
  • Any unused credits, promotional balances, or rewards will be forfeited and cannot be recovered (unless prohibited by law).
  • Active subscriptions (e.g., RYDEPRO Pass) will be canceled immediately. No refunds are provided for the current billing period unless required by law or our terms.
  • If you have an outstanding balance, unresolved dispute, or an ongoing investigation, your deletion request may be delayed until those matters are resolved.

What Happens Next?

  1. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your deletion request.
  2. We may verify your identity using the preferred contact method you provided.
  3. Once verified, your account will be scheduled for deletion. Pending rides will be canceled, and any active subscriptions will end.
  4. If you requested a data export, we will provide instructions for downloading your information before deletion.
  5. You will receive a final confirmation once deletion is complete.

Most requests are processed within 30 days, unless a legal or safety hold applies.
