1. Overview
Rydepro provides transportation services that include additional requirements for passengers under 18 traveling without an accompanying adult. This policy explains the process and conditions for requesting unaccompanied minor travel.
2. Eligibility
Unaccompanied minor travel is not automatically permitted. All such requests must be reviewed and approved before a trip can be confirmed and assigned to a driver.
4. Approval and Booking Status
Reservations involving unaccompanied minors will remain unconfirmed and will not be dispatched to a driver until the Minor Travel Authorization request has been reviewed and approved.
Rydepro reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on verification, safety, and operational considerations.
5. Incomplete Submissions and Cancellation
If the Minor Travel Authorization form is not completed after a reservation is made, the booking may be canceled.

6. Responsibility
The individual submitting the Minor Travel Authorization request is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in denial or cancellation of the reservation.
7. Changes to This Policy
Rydepro may update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Agreement
By initiating a booking involving an unaccompanied minor, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy, including the Minor Travel Authorization process for trip confirmation.
