Unaccompanied minor travel is not automatically permitted. All such requests must be reviewed and approved before a trip can be confirmed and assigned to a driver.

All unaccompanied minor reservations must be submitted through the Minor Travel Authorization process:

A completed authorization form is required for review and must include:

• Minor passenger details
• Parent or legal guardian information
• Government-issued ID submission for verification
• Required identification documentation
• Verified Parental Consent

The name on the submitted ID must match the parent or legal guardian information provided in the form.

Submission of the form is required for review and consideration but does not guarantee approval.

Reservations involving unaccompanied minors will remain unconfirmed and will not be dispatched to a driver until the Minor Travel Authorization request has been reviewed and approved.

Rydepro reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on verification, safety, and operational considerations.

If the Minor Travel Authorization form is not completed after a reservation is made, the booking may be canceled.

The individual submitting the Minor Travel Authorization request is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may result in denial or cancellation of the reservation.

Rydepro may update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
